a) TURBO style available--Coated 30% more abrasives than standard !!!

b) BLUESHARK produce flap discs with different backing plate:
*Fiberglass backing plate - Most popular and it's can reduce vibration and is consumed together with the flaps. High strenghth with light weight.
*Plastic backing plate- With very nice lookings and is trimmable to increasing service life. The ABS plastic backing with very high strength and supply mas safe working performance. Spin-On style also availabel.
*Nylon - Very familiar with plastic backings but with more light weight.
*Metal HUBS: provides extra high strength and rigid support as needed and normally using for heavy task . Also it can be recycled. 

c) Grit size recommendation

    40#--Aluminum ,Unalloyed and low-alloy steels,low-strength stainless steel

    60#--High-alloy,stainless steel,high-temperature and heat-treated steels

    80#--High-temperature alloys

   120#--For especially smooth steel finishes(refine polishing)    

d) Best working angles

     (15~30')                               (0~15')

For best performance , keep 15~30' when grinding and 0~15' while polishing & finishing.

e) If using flap discs replace fiber discs workings, you should choose one grade coarse grit size. Such like you should using 80# flap discs if 

normally using 60# fiber discs.

            150~230mm (6/7/8/9" inch) ~ 1000pcs/each labels
            250~400mm (10/12/14/16" inch) ~ 500pcs/each labels

      * Flap Discs 
           100~125mm (4/4.5/5" inch) ~ 1000pcs/each labels
           150~180mm ( 6/7" inch ) ~500pcs/each labels

           5 cartons each label

BLUESHARK gurantee all the delivered quantity will be exactly same like your order details. If some items not exactly match standard box quantity, we may mixed-loading different items in some cartons with stickers show the inner details.

a)Developed by BLUESHARK according to customers' requirements.

b)All information show in the labels must be approved by BLUESHARK to ensure meet industry standards.

c)Each Label Printing-Plate-Making cost : 35~55.00usd and is one-time cost.   

Packaging: 

* All the products will packaged in BLUESHARK standard packings ( PVC shrink + Inner Box + Out Cartons ) in the blank style, colorful sticker attaching to the inner box and out cartons surface show all the specifications and tech details.

* Customized packings ( such like colorful printing inner box , bubble shell style,etc ) available and the additional cost according to details order quantity and requirements.
