Blueshark Abrasives Testing Corner for Control Stable Quality

 

As well known, the quality be stable is most important for abrasives discs.  It's not difficult just make one-time high quality discs, but really difficult to keep discs performance be stable.

There are many factors can affect abrasive discs performance except the raw materials, such like moulds' conditions, workshop temperature, Humiditty. etc.  We set ours testing-corner and perform regular testing every day except carefully control every step from raw materials to final packings. Also we set every customers mass-productions testing datas and this can make us can supply most suitable discs for every customers personality requirements. 

For the testing corner, there are only two works need do every day- cutting and grinding!!!  All the testing datas will input to quality-control-system which already set in our computers. The computer will auto compare those datas with the preious datas. If there are any difference which beyond ours setting value, the system will auto point out and this information will fast reflect to ours QC & Engineers for solve the problem timely.

 One of our Mexico customer sent us some samples of 180x6x22.23mm / 7x1/4x7/8 inch , those discs produced by one famous brand company in Mexico. We have done some testing and find the density really high and discs be very " Hard".  This style grinding discs little difference like us- normally our customers like the discs be little " SOFT" with very smooth & fast grinding ability and comfortable hand-feeling . This just the difference between EURO and Latin America market consume style.  

After study the samples, we have made some samples and the brief testing data as below.  We already sent the samples for our Mexico customer testing and got OK feedback.

G. Ratio = 176.3 / 7.8 = 22.6

S.G.Ratio = 176.3 / 10= 17.63g/min

Conclusion: High G.ration than ours normal standard also with the good hand-feelings. 

Pay attention to the real thickness of the Super thin Cutting Discs!!!

Hi...Dear All. One question: Do you ever notice what is the real thickness of the extra thin cutting discs currently using? I guess mostly answer is " No...... ". 

We checked many famous brand superthin cutting discs in the market and found most of them real thickness beyond much than which show in the labels. Some brands real thickness even reach 1.80mm though printing 1.00mm on the labels. 

Superthin cutting discs most advantages is fast & cooling cutting and save your work-pieces waste. If you using those thicker "superthin" discs, seems the discs lifespan is good, but your materials-waste increased much!!!
