T42 150x1.6x22.23mm Surper Lifespan Testing ~

 We made some brief testing of T42 150x1.6x22.23mm taken from one customers' OEM order and the disc show super long lifespan. We using special formula for this order as the customers request make max of the long using life with good cutting speed. Below is the testing data ~

Work piece - Diameter=22mm stainless steel rod

Final disc diameter = 147.1mm

Why always testing ???

We will testing ours discs and customers' samples everyday and input all the testing data to our computer system. This is very important for keep the discs performance be stable. The another issue is we will know the different customers personality requirements well and make most suitable discs for them .
