Colflex 125x1x22.23mm (black) brief testing and proved S.Steel 201# stronger than 304# !

The 201# made from nickel, chromium and manganese. It’s estimated to be 30 percent stronger than 304, but it’s more difficult to form and weld compared to 304. Furthermore, 304 is corrosion-resistant and can be used in just about any application, whereas 201 has limited versatility.

Testing data:

OD = 20MM Stainless steel 304# - after 3 cuts the discs rest diameter is 122.5mm

OD = 20MM Stainless steel 201# - after 3 cuts the discs rest diameter is 121.8mm

Reasonable testing data and just proved 201# more stronger than 304# .......

What would be - if using the cutting discs cut off grinding discs ?

Today we done some brief testing - using ours All in ONE super thin cutting disc cut off the grinding discs. see from the photo , the superthin cutting discs size is : 115x1x22.23mm and grinding discs size is 180x6x22.23mm.

We just cut off  5 times and the superthin cutting discs done a very good job-smooth cutting and nice hand feeling. Pls don't forgot that - the grinding discs hardness grade is " T "!!!
